2. Main motor driven by the variable frequency motor, and controlled by the frequency inverter, fast and stable for acceleration and deceleration.

3. Rewinding adopts differential air shafts, driven by the variable frequency control motor, automatic tension control.

4. Unwinding is controlled by the inverter and driven by the variable frequency motors, automatic tension controlled.

5. Unwinding adopts shaft-less loading and unloading, hydraulic lifting, easy for efficient loading and unloading, with web guide system.

Check the process documentation

1. The main operation should be as early as 15 minutes. First understand the operation of each part of the equipment and the quality of the products going to work.

2. The main operation is based on the cutting plan issued by the shift supervisor and the quality inspection form issued by the process control department. Check the specifications, alloy, batch number, quality and quantity of the incoming materials to ensure that the incoming materials can meet the planning requirements and confirm. After the error, the assistant operator can lift the material, the assistant cuts the pipe in the workshop and installs the pipe core, and the main operation can be adjusted.

3. If the material is inconsistent with the card or has quality problems, it should be handled by the supervisor or the shift supervisor.

4. No card production or unplanned production.

Boot preparation

1. Before the operation, it should be carefully checked according to the equipment use rules to confirm that all parts can operate reliably and ensure normal production.

2. Check whether the equipment is clean. Wipe the parts that are in contact with the aluminum foil, such as the guide roller and the rubber roller, with a soft cloth and alcohol.

3. Reasonably prepare the core tube for production and the shaft for winding according to the production requirements and technical requirements.

4. Assemble the upper and lower blade according to the width of the slitting product (for details, refer to "Change Tool, Adjusting Tool Operation").

5, the suction side air duct mouth and the strip is good, the unused air outlet should be blocked to increase the effective air intake.

6. The parameters are set by the main operation according to the incoming material specifications and process requirements.

7. An abnormal situation occurs in the production preparation work, and the relevant personnel are handled.
