1. Twin Knife Synchro Fly Sheeting Machine adopts nodular cast iron-QT500-7, original paper frame clamp arms casting by special technology process, thus featuring by high strength, never deformation and ensure the safety of original paper frame clamp arms.

2. The whole machine all uses SKF\NSK Original imported bearings.

3. The whole machine uses original parts imported from France Schneider, Japanese OMRON and Japanese SMC etc. The conveyor belt is imported from Japan.

4. Cutting precision is depended on the density, roll number and material of paper roll, ±0.2mm for 1000mm, ±0.1% for over1000mm, and ±0.1% for acceleration or deceleration.

5. Equipped with touch-screen operation interface in both Chinese and English, or other language.

1. Twin Knife Synchro Fly Sheeting Machine adopts 128x96 graphic liquid crystal display, Chinese and English display selection, friendly operation interface.

2. Full digital design, no adjustable potentiometer, simple tension calibration process, accurate, stable and reliable tension measurement.

3. It can receive single/dual sensor input signals and adapt to various tension sensors as input signals:

* Optional micro-displacement special tension sensor (input signal range is 200mV, power supply 5V)

* Optional strain gauge tension sensor (input signal range is 20mV, power supply 10V)

4. Using the proximity switch to measure the coil diameter, the taper tension control function can be realized.

5. Optional serial communication function, optional RS485 or RS232 communication interface and PLC, PC form a distributed system.

6. Adopt no over-adjustment PID algorithm to ensure that the tension is not over-adjusted during system start/stop.

7. With dual axis switching function and jog running function.

8. Automatic/manual control mode without disturbance switching.
